Privacy Policy

This is a template, pending review by counsel. The language below is placeholder scaffolding and is not a binding legal agreement until replaced with finalized terms.

This Privacy Policy explains what information Fiops collects when you visit this site, reach out to us, or use the Fiops platform — how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep the data we collect to the minimum we need.

Information we collect

When you submit the request-access form, we collect the name, work email, company, and note you provide so we can respond to your inquiry.

We may also collect basic technical information that your browser sends automatically — such as your IP address, device type, and the pages you view — to keep the site secure and understand aggregate usage.

Platform account information

When your organization provisions a Fiops workspace and you create an account, we collect the details needed to run it: your name, work email, role, and workspace membership, plus security signals such as sign-in events.

We use this information to operate your workspace, secure your account, and communicate with you about the service.

Content processed in customer workspaces

Customers use their workspaces to manage their own business records, which can include personal information about their clients and partners. Fiops processes that content on the customer’s behalf and under its instructions — the customer decides what is collected and how it is used, and the customer’s own privacy notice governs it.

Each workspace is isolated to the customer it belongs to. We do not sell workspace content or use it for advertising.

How we use information

We use the details you submit solely to reply to your request, evaluate fit, and communicate with you about working together.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for unrelated advertising.

How we share information

We share information only with service providers who help us operate this site and the platform — for example hosting, email delivery, and electronic-signature providers — and only to the extent they need it to perform that work.

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Fiops, our users, or the public.

Security

We protect information with technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to its sensitivity, including encryption in transit and at rest and role-based access controls inside workspaces.

Data retention

We keep the information you submit for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and maintain our records, then delete it when it is no longer needed.

Workspace content is retained for as long as the customer’s subscription requires, then made available for export and deleted as described in the customer’s agreement.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you have shared by emailing hello@fiops.ai. We will respond within a reasonable time and in line with applicable law.
